The Options program is a recreational
program open to any individual that receives marcfirst services
in order to play an active social role within their community. marcfirst
staff and active Options participants establish a monthly calendar
of events that the majority of individuals show an interest in participating
in. These activities range from concerts, plays, bowling, going
out to eat and many more.
Residential or Community Integrated Living
Arrangement (CILA), housing is provided for adults at more than
15 different sites throughout Bloomington-Normal . . . learn

Community is a marcfirst program
for adults with developmental disabilities who live in the community,
independently or with others. In order to be eligible for this program
someone must have a developmental disability, and require supports
no more than weekly. Supports provided include, representative payee
services, community advocacy, support for community appointments,
but is not intended to support people with their daily living activities.
In conjunction with the Bloomington Housing Authority marcfirst
runs the Irvin and Neirstheimer Apartments for individuals with
developmental disabilities.
