People with developmental disabilities need additional skills in order to live a more independent life and to assist them in obtaining employment in the community. This program focusses on the development of pre-employment vocational skills, a precursor program before moving into the Supported Employment Program (SEP). The DT program focusses on 3 areas; activities of daily living, professional development and therapeutic interventions in the hopes of increasing development thus facilitating more independence for the person's chosen lifestyle.
